Software/WebPanel/API Change
In case of a change in the price of third party Software/WebPanel/API Change customers has to follow the new price. We will send a new separate invoice & customers has to pay the new invoice. Failing to which Cheapohosting.com reserves the right to suspend and terminate the account.
Backup Policy
Your use of the Services is at your sole risk. You agree to back-up all of your User Content so that you can access and use it when needed. Cheapohosting.com does not issue credits for outages incurred through service disablement resulting from TOU violations. Cheapohosting.com customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cheapohosting.com from any claims resulting from the use of our services that damages them or any other party.
IRC
Cheapohosting.in does not allow IRC or IRC bots to be operated by Web Hosting and E-Commerce customers.
Autobot Websites
Cheapohosting.in does not allow Autobot websites as it causes server issues and Server IP’s Blacklisting. The refund for the same will not be done.
Freenom Domains Not Allowed
Cheapohosting.in does not allow freenom domain on our any hosting. If you still place an order with the freenom domain and use it for spamming purpose. Your account will be suspended immediately and no refunds will be done.
Jurisdiction
The jurisdiction of all matters would be at Jaipur, Rajasthan, in case of any dispute.
